About Nick

Nick Rees Physiotherapist

I have been a physiotherapist for more than 10 years and have worked across various settings, including private practice, elite and high-performance sport and the public health system. I am a passionate physio and sport lover. I find a lot of joy in working with athletes and clients to help them both manage and prevent injuries, to train and compete at their best and to realise their goals.

I commit myself to understanding my client and their individual situation in order to create an individualised treatment approach that best suits them, their needs and goals.

I am especially passionate about working with runners, cyclists and athletes with knee and foot/ankle issues. I use a combination of exercise prescription, biomechanical improvements and hands on treatment including modalities such as running technique retraining and bike fitting to achieve this.

I graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from La Trobe University in 2009 and have since completed a Graduate Certificate in Sports Physiotherapy. I have also completed a post-graduate Masters in Sports & Exercise Physiotherapy.
